Week 11: Halloween

We began the week by melting Sulphur crystals and reforming them into a different type of crystal. (Mel Science Kit) The kids used paperclips as the catalyst to set of the reaction.

Week 9: Science Fair

This week was the big science fair.  Both J and A1 entered and I'm really proud of them. 

Bonus: Arches, Dinosaurs and More (Hiking Moab with kids)

This week we had Math/Science/History/PE/Geology all wrapped into one epic field trip. We headed down to Moab for some amazing hiking.

First, we went and saw some dinosaur tracks and a petroglyphs.
