Math- triangle angles

Language Arts highlight: A1 helped A2 with some reading and writing. He was a patient teacher. He also did typing and reading.

Science- Videos: weird noises from the ocean.

Did you know there are mysterious sounds coming from the ocean? I am going to note that some of the sounds do not sound like their name. The bloop was a very confusing sound and no one knew what it was for a long time. It happened to be ice breaking. We think another sound is also ice but we don't know for sure. Ice is so loud you can hear it all the way across the sea. One that I can't remember what its called is like a car horn going loud and then quiet and loud and quiet. It's still going today but is getting quieter. That sound is still a mystery.

March Mammal Madness update: End of round 2: A1 ran away with it and got 26 points. Sweet 16: I got 9, J got 15, and once again A1 dominated with 18 points.  Then on to the next round. A1 scored a whopping 15 points, J scored 5 and my brackets are completely destroyed. So much for rooting for the underdog.

The next week it was on to the finals.  A1 had the last two right. In all, A1 scored 102 points. 

Animal Facts the States

Tennessee a crazy place to live!  Sometimes bears break into cars! I've decided Tennessee needs a shorter name. Or at least less double letters!

Ohio is boring. That is it. We couldn't find much. Good bye.... Hello again, we are here to say the squirells have gone wild and geese are honking at things like you, and deer are going shopping in the stores and I must warn you that they are crazy! Good bye again. 🙂

Louisiana has more alligators then any where in the U.S and a lot of snakes. It is illegal to tie an alligator to a fire hydrant. But I still want to go to south Carolina to see the angry croc so now I am going to leave. Good bye 🐊🐊🐊🐍🐍🐍🧯🧯🧯😃

Indiana! One fun fact about Indiana! TA DA! A place to see birds good BYE! Oh and its illegal to fish with poison or explosives. WHY DID THAT HAVE TO BE MENTIONED? WHO'S GOING TO GO EXPLODING FISH! 💀💣🐟✖   😊 I'm hungry. 😋 🍟🍟

Mississippi has alligators everywhere and mosquitos are everywhere! Gators can be found in pools,  swamps and more! Watch your step. Mosquitos are so common that many people joke that they should become the state bird. Speaking of the state bird it is the Mockingbird which copies other bird sounds. Oh and mocking alligators is illegal. 🐊🐊🦟🦟  ✖🐦 And now I can say that I want to go to Mississippi to see the angry croc!

Illinois has too many I's and a silent s!  Some fish there are air born and can cause a concussion if it hits you.  The state bird is the Northern Cardinal. They get into fight with window and fight for weeks. The windows always win because it cant break them. Oh and I need to tell Illinois that it's the e who's silent not the s! 🐟

Extras: A1 worked on his card game, practiced piano, had a chess competition, animal science club, and escape room club.

A2 and I pulled up the winter carrots. Some were growing sideways meaning water was not getting deep enough. Also pretty sure the potting soil we planted them in didn't have the right nutrients. Growing them in our garden results in big beautiful carrots. These, on the the other hand....

Well, at least we still have the green onions that keeps on giving. A little fertilizer and they're back to growing again. Best $1 spent on groceries ever.
