We have a good couple weeks of learning. With the weather warming up, we've been able to get out and explore more as well. This month we will be talking about kindness and confidence.
My brain is powerful.
I love to solve problems!
I keep trying, even when things are hard.
I learn from my mistakes.
I can do great things.
Why fit in when
you were born to stand out?

The Cat
Who Walked Through Fire
(Based on
the story of Scarlet the Cat)
A cat named
Pumpkin ran out of a burning house. She forgot her kittens Lag, Sag, and Pag.
She heard
them meowing and crying. She ran back. She was breathing softly. She was walking
determinedly. And she didn’t notice that her tail was on fire.
She said,
“Huh? It doesn’t even hurt.”
Then she
noticed Lag. The kittens were at the top of house. Pumpkin used the fire to
fly. But when she got to the top of the house, her kittens were not there.
There was
something on her back. It was Lag, Sag, and Pag. The whole place was burned,
even their cat house.
She flew high, but did not see safety, but at
least Pumpkin had walked through fire. She flew a mile and finally saw safety.
Pumpkin
became known as a fire cat.
The End
Exploring the world- AM had also done plenty of Legos, bubbles, a dinosaur digging kit, hiking, etc. We also found an ant colony while gardening.
